Rose Chai is a delicately sweet and spicy chai for the romantic tea lover. A luxury Sri Lankan black tea blended with red rose petals, ginger, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, cloves and black peppercorns. 

Ingredients: Sri Lankan black tea, red rose petals, ginger root, cardamom pods, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, black peppercorns. 

Brewing Guidance: 1 teasp to 250mls of water; steep for 4 mins at 100C; Add milk and sugar/honey if desired.

Alternative brewing technique: Heat 3/4 cup of water to a simmer in a small saucepan on your stove. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of chai and 1/4 cup of milk of your choice. Brew for 3-5 minutes. Depending on your preferences you can adjust your milk/water ratios. 

Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
