A sticky chai tea made from premium Sri Lankan black tea blended with beautiful cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, black peppercorns, cloves, ginger, a touch of pink salt and drenched in just the right amount of honey. Expect a sweet and spicy chai with a full-bodied black tea base. This tea is warm and comforting with obvious notes of star anise and cinnamon and the perfect touch of sweetness. This tea will appeal to chai lovers.

Ingredients: Sri Lankan black tea, honey, fennel, cinnamon, cardamom pods, star anise, black peppercorns, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, bay leaves, ginger root, Himalayan pink salt. 

Brewing Guidance: 1 teasp to 250mls of water; steep for 3-5 mins at 100C; Add milk and/or sugar/honey if desired. 

Alternative brewing technique: Heat 3/4 cup of water to a simmer in a small saucepan on your stove. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of chai and 1/4 cup of milk of your choice. Brew for 3-5 minutes. Depending on your preferences you can adjust your milk/water ratios. 

Store in a cool, dry, dark place.
